Brief Description of Main Workshops Buturlinovsky Melkombinat PJSC
1. Factory mill (commissioned in 1985)
Capacity (nameplate capacity without equipment wear) - 500 tonnes of grains per day; actual capacity (including equipment wear) - 420 tonnes per day
The technological process at the mill is carried out in 3 departments: grain cleaning, grinding, knock-out and includes:
reception and placement of grain batches prepared in elevator No. 2 in the grain cleaning department;
cleaning the grain from impurities that differ from the main grain in linear size and morphological characteristics;
dry cleaning of the grain cover, mainly from dense dust deposits;
dosing and mixing grains with different physical and mechanical properties to obtain a mixture having the highest technological and nutritional properties;
grinding grain and intermediates;
sorting the mixture of intermediate grain grinding products;
washing out of the bran products;
control of size and bran;
packing of finished products into containers and its delivery for temporary storage to the finished products warehouse, bulk flour delivery to vehicles, bulk bran delivery to cars and railway transport.
Manufactured products: bakery wheat flour, general purpose wheat flour, semolina, bran, grain waste.
Yield: flour in/off - 75%
Bran - 25%
Grain waste - 2.1%
It is possible to pack in bags (1-2 kg)
2. Warehouse of floor flour storage (in a bag) - commissioned in 1985. Capacity - 300 tonnes.
3. Bulk flour storage warehouse (commissioned in 1985) Capacity - 3 thousand tonnes.
4. Groats Mill Productivity - 80 tonnes per day of rye flour.
The production process is carried out in two departments: grain cleaning; peeling. Impurities, grains of other crops, underdeveloped and palpable grains of the main crop are removed from the grain taken into processing in the grain cleaning department, the spines are separated, the grain is divided into a fraction by size. In shelling department, the process of production consists of the following operations: sorting of grain on fineness before peeling, peeling, sorting (enrichment) of products of peeling, crushing or cutting of a kernel, grinding, polishing, sorting, control and sacking of finished goods in a container.
5. Сompound feed mill (commissioned in 1976) Capacity (nameplate capacity without equipment wear) - 515 tonnes of loose feed per day, actual capacity (including equipment wear) - 350 tonnes/day, including 90 tonnes/day of granulated feed.
The compound feed mill includes a production building, a pre-mix shop, a feed warehouse, a silage-type raw material warehouse, and a finished product warehouse.
The technological process at the feed mill includes: preparation of individual ingredients for dosing and mixing; grinding the ingredients; dosing the individual ingredients in the prescribed recipe ratio; mixing of ingredients.
Currently manufactured products: granulated bran.
6. SKS (commissioned in 1976) Capacity - 10 thousand tonnes.
7. Elevator No. 1 (commissioned in 1959) Capacity - 22 thousand tonnes.
8. Elevator No. 2 (commissioned in 1972) Capacity - 24 thousand tonnes.
9. Laboratory and household building (commissioned in 1985)
10. Quality control laboratory (commissioned in 1971)
The mill has a number of support services:
¾ electric terminal, which supplies electricity through two cable lines, there are 5 substations in which 7 transformers with a total capacity of 5,200 kW are installed.
¾ Boiler House
¾ mechanical workshop, created for the repair and manufacture of non-standard equipment and spare parts.
