OZK Group won the first GASC tender in 2022

GrainExport Company (part of the OZK Group) offered the best conditions for the supply of 120 thousand tonnes of Russian wheat to the General Authority for Supply Commodities of Egypt (GASC).

The price was set at about $329 with FOB at Novorossiysk. Wheat is expected to be shipped in two stages: on March 5–15 and on March 16–26.

33 proposals total were submitted for the tender. GASC included 5 companies to the final list that will supply 420 thousand tonnes of wheat.

OZK Group won 17 out of 23 GASC tenders in 2021 for the supply of over 1.1 million tonnes of wheat.
