1896
The basis of modern production is a mill built by the merchant Kashchenko in 1896.
1907-1913
In 1907, an oil mill was built, and in 1913 - a grain factory, in the building of which the modern production is still located.
1943-1976
The company has constantly expanded its assortment, responding to challenges of the time. Since 1943, pearl groats has been produced at the plant, since 1951 - Poltava wheat groats, since 1955 - corn groats, since 1968 - pea groats (whole, crushed peas), since 1972 - barley groats.
In 1958, a feed mill was commissioned with the production of 45 tonnes of feed per day. By 1976, the plant's capacity reached 500 tonnes per day of loose feed and a line for the production of granulated feed with a design capacity of 114 tonnes per day was introduced.
In 1959, an elevator with a capacity of 22 thousand tonnes, which provided a cereal plant with grain, reached its design capacity. The second elevator with a capacity of 24 thousand. started operation in 1972.
1982-1986
In 1982, on the basis of Swiss BUHLER equipment, the construction of a mill complex with a capacity of 500 tonnes of processed grain per day began, the design yield of flour was 75%. In 1985, the mill was commissioned and in the spring of 1986 it reached its design capacity.
1997
In 1997, the state-owned Buturlinovsky Mill was transformed into an open joint-stock company. The form of ownership is the total share: 51% - federal governmant, 49% - legal entities and individuals, all of them are citizens of the Russian Federation.
